Ir. Dr. Alex CHAN
Head of Engineering
Established as leading industry expert on airflow control and filtration since SARs, Alex is also a SVP of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences. Brings deep industry knowledge and real-world application to ensure byoGuard’s engineering sciences solutions are always reliable and robust.
Julian Perera
Business Integration Manager
A highly efficient and versatile leader with over 20 years of experience in business analysis and change management. Julian’s track record of integrating technology to optimize business processes across multiple functions is what makes byoGuard’s comprehensive service offer happen.
Jimmy Donnelly
COO
Brings over 25 years experience in investment banking in Hong Kong, Dublin and London in various sales and business development roles. Jimmy spearheads byoGuard’s international expansion and growth strategies. He has an MBA from University College Dublin.
Simon Hague
CCO
25 years in experience in business management, procurement, solution sales and programme optimisation. Simon brings the same energy to byoGuard’s new business and contract management as he did on the rugby pitch with Harlequins.
David Newton
CFO
With over 20 years of experience in Asia-Pacific CFO roles,, David is responsible for ensuring byoGuard has financial rigour across all aspects of the business from budgets to forecasts. David is an FCA, qualifying with KPMG, London, and has a BA in mathematics from Oxford.
Craig Stephen

Over two decades as an equity analyst, newspaper columnist and start-up investor and operator in Hong Kong and Australia. Craig uses his varied experience with early-stage companies to help byoGuard execute its growth and funding strategies.
